OK set the nozzle 41 mm up and just about cuts 3mm mdf so moved my attention to the mirrors, after doing the test with the tape on mirror 2 I stopped as the laser was only just on the mirror does this mean I need to call for help?

Sorry details might have helped just a bit annoyed that such an expensive item is no good after only 2 months, not due to defects I am sure but due to users!! Machine type? Think its a LS6840 - I can check in the morning Tube power? 60w i think - I can check in the morning Has it been moved recently...

It would seem someone has played with our machine it will not even cut 5mm MDF and the bed seems to be out of alignment (leds go out of focus from one side to the other)

Is there a setup/how to guide to assist in the process of sorting it all out from scratch.

Does anyone know of any software which will create the dxf that I can then cut out with the laser to make a box easily?
