Hi
I start to have problem with metal marking (cermark)
The marks are easy to scratch and letters seems to be a little double.
I put a pice of acrylic for testing and looks like do in the centre
Machine 3040 pro
Please help

Thank You for advise the problem is that HPC laser do not sent the tube by post so propably I have to go to them (it is 3h by car from me)
Is anybody now better way to get this tube ???

Yes I think it has mind becouse as You see I reported power problem with my tube but I also bought last time new cermark botle and did new mixture.
I diluted it by weight 1:3 The leyer on steel is the same thin like previously but maybe this make diffrence ???

Cermark dilution ratio
I know that manufacturer advise is dilution 1 of paste and 3 alcohol 1:3.
Anybody can advise if this shouldb by weight 1:3 or by vol. 1:3

Yes 100% but engraving not cutting. However it is few hours a day runing. Also is it possible that some dirts in the bulb can reduce a litle power ?

The cermark is a little bit easy to scratch compare to previous hard marking

But still do not know what is the main reason of loosing power.
If not dirty tube ?
Most I do is steel cermark engraving so 100% power and 120mm speed now I have to use 80mm speed and still not like before.

Hello I use machine like above about 14months and before Christmas I noticed that I cannot do properly my Cermark steel engraving. I clean the lens and check the mirrors - seems to be ok. I have some dirts who unfortunately get into the wather and stay in the tube. Propably this can be reason but an...

Yes its true using spaces dose not work just ND is not very useful for engraving ornamental fonts.
JPG files are not readed properly for thin lines and they are missed during engraving.
Using copy and past function could eliminate spelling errors and other mistake when typing.
