Hi the 3040 can rise on the wheels causing the blade that should just miss the proximity sensor to miss it .
try to touch the sensor with a metal object just to see if its working

Hi I would suggest trying alignment first with your comment on a double line.
this will make a major difference to the power.
also check the back of the lens is clean.

When you export as dxf from illustrator use the oldest selection
I think it's r13 in options
Then set 1 unit =1 mm
Then preserve appearance
Then maintain aspect ratio
Should work

We tried this one before and found of you export in plt format from 2D design
This solves it as some of the fonts are not exported when you send as a dxf

Hi I have used this before and roller with a sponge gloss roller it goes a long way and when it's on doesn't come off till washed.
Also ideal on acrylic then spray paint through no creep under edges!

Hi The best thing for the mirror mounts was biro springs over the fixing screws this gives a constant pressure on the adjustment screws and isn't expensive!!

We have used it applied by roller onto treated wood engraved through it then spray painted before washing off, gives a great effect, also good on laserable laminate, all the smoke sticks to it !
