What operating system have you got on the PC? I've had issues with Win8 and had to go back to using a Win7 machine.

Hi all, Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, move it if needed admin. Has anyone had any success cutting foam board ? Update time! Swapped to my old net book running win7. Downloaded the Configuration file from laserscript and....... it seems to be working again! So I'll try for a little longer with this set up, I'll set the files up on my Win8.1 laptop and upload to a flash drive to send to my Win7 netbook. So que...

Just joined the forum after buying my laser from HPC.
I'd like to publicly thank the team at HPC for sorting out my software issues. Rebooted the flash memory then reinstalled the software, and alls "tickaty boo" as they say.
Looking forward to learning lots and enjoying my new 'toy' .
