Hi guy's my 1290 pro is running all files but it will not cut all setting for cutting material are correct depth is good too i have had messages on the display panel telling me i have reached cutting limit and also my software is not compatible so we have re installed the software and notice changes...

but we cannot import photos we do not have
photo print 12 or other helpful photo tools
how can i import images to engrave
