Hi try to check then uncheck the button before you download then download cfg - machine should BEEP.
previous files will keep their cfg settings so it may not be you if you re run old files...

Hi The laser and its laser beams are emitted as class 4 ... which is not good....laser safety glasses at least
If its all enclosed in metal and acrylic/plastics which absorb its class 1- the same as your dvd player so safe .... no holes louvered vents etc

Hi Jeff we do engraving so try these options
Scan gap : what size letters try 0.03mm if its too big it will miss on small letters.
Bi directional - neater engraving on small letters
Power go higher...
try these and lets go from there!

Hi John, Two ways of doing this... we favour the method of not changing the pulse settings on the Y axis. As we use different diameter items . So we test the file as a basic low power cut on card taped to the item. If we do a 50mm square on lasercut we get 60mm on the card then we scale the drawing ...

Hi Check under the guide rails when I got our latest one we had a similar problem and ot was masking tape .... use wd40 this clears it.
What speed ? sometimes this can cause problems?
