Hello All, I'm starting to mass produce an MDF product which I've previously prototyped. While everything seems to be going reasonably according to plan, I have a few niggles. I'm producing 12-up to a sheet, and often I'm finding that I only get 8 or 9 good items out of 12. The other 3-4 often don't...

Hmmm, okay, here's where things get a little frustrating. If I were HPC, I'd start to worry about my mirror supplies. I noticed that the beam wasn't central on the mirror. This shouldn't be a problem - mirrors reflect all over! But it did give me an opportunity to remove, and clean the cracked mirro...

I'll try Unite lines again, and see whether there is something that's glitching it. Just a guess here, but I have Windows running in a virtual machine, so it could be that I need to give it more memory.

Hi DaveN, Worthwhile knowing - I was presuming that I wouldn't need a chiller until Spring - but I'll be ready to grab one if the water exceeds 25C. What chillers do you recommend? The ones supplied by HPC, or any? Is their listed 2361 BTU/hr good for more than one laser (with shared reservoirs) or ...
