Hi Try and GET a copy of techsoft 2D design tools ????
Available on the web its what we use in schools and is for 8-15 year olds to draw with,
It produces really easy drawings as dxf files.

Hi I find That a font from corel imported works well. as the ND is a basic but usable front end program.

Hi should be no problem unless youve frosen the laser tube....
Try a drop of milton sterilizing fluid it works or a black tub so no light gets to it

switch the laser off pull the arm foward and back, I think there is a loose grubscrew at the rear rhs where the belt grips the drive shaft . measure the y t the front left and right and re adjust . I had this and Chris explained how to fix it now no problems. also check the alignment front to rear t...

Hi with Laser ply I use application tape for signmaking on the front then you dont get any stain on the fromt of the wood also 5mm steel bar on the wood it doesnt hit the head and keeps it all flat
also try wet paper on glass and washing up liquid on stainless ;)

All the power on the 3020 is set on the ammeter,
The power settings box doesnt affect the machine, only the speed.
