Software crashes when looking at a USB stick Most likely an issue with the usb stick.Use a fully formatted plain file format and avoid all the stick extras like security as they will conflict with Lasercut software. Try right clicking and select compatibility mode then select one of the earlier OS types

Rubberstamp LET is a great font for stencils Del.

Make sure your text is on a different layer to the vector cuts...see if that makes any difference (also make sure you save in autoicad 2000 dxf format) (or earlier)
