Not going to take the risk!!

Decided to get the professionals in to sort out my laser.

Hoping to see HPC on my doorstep next Wednesday.

I think that in my case it is better to get things done by those who know how to do them properly.

I have been using my laser to engrave and have always used a tiff file. I am now wanting to cut with my laser but do not know how to change jpeg or pdf to dxf.

Is it only dxf that will cut and if so does anyone know how to change files to dxf???

I am not sure what to do about this.

The laser is just not recognising my computer at all.

I have checked my usb cable and it appears okay but I may well replace it just in case.

I will let you know how I get on.
