Smoking/sparking

Post by davehills »

Hi All,

The machine has degraded over time. Cutting plywood I'm getting what I'd call excessive flaming and sparks (More than I used to get). Is this symptomatic of the tube wearing out? It's also charring the edges quite badly, power has dropped off a smidgen. Optics are clean and alignment OK.

Check if the air assist is ok and all the power settings are ok before eliminating the tube!
