Mini Diaphragm Airbrush Compressor AS 06-1 (Oil-free)

Post by izzysdaddy »

Afternoon

Does anybody know if this mini compressor is basically like the Hailea that comes with laser cutters from HPC but just a bit more powerful. Does anybody out there use one?. Thank you

Similar but not the same - I tried one when I had the 3020 but with a tank. It was ok but not much better than the standard pump. You may find using it at 100% duty cycle can burn it out quicker than the Hailea which are built for the demand they get.

You are better off looking at the larger Hailea pumps or a compressor.

I use a couple of small quiet compressors from Titan which are good as I can control the air assist depending on what I'm doing ;)

Afternoon Dave

Thanks for the information. I was also viewing the Orazio oil less compressor. Even there are a couple of Youtube videos I have not seen a positive review on this brand. Maybe best stick to a known brand of silent oil less compressor.

No worries - I have had one of the Titan compressors for about 4 years and it has been brilliant. Not a lot quieter than the Hailea but at least it stops every so often!
