Help Your Local Design, Engineering & Technology Teachers

Post by hunterscotty »

Hello all!

Glad to see such a thriving forum for these new generation of laser cutter users.

I have been using laser cutters for 6years now; teaching pupils CADCAM and various manufacturing projects. Previously I used the a 30W Mercury Laser (Techsoft) and found the machine to be very robust, versatile and easy to use. However after seeing the LS6840 I have gone for a nice new 60W for my new job.

Hopefully we can all share some projects and ideas on this site.

Cheers,

Hi Scott,

Welcome to the forum - not been here long myself after buying the 3020 last year!

Look forward to seeing what you get up to ;)
