Black Anodised Aluminium . . . ?

Post by PhillyDee »

Where to get an A4 sized sheet from?

Sick of getting back-flash from the laser (New word I made up), so looking for an A4 sized sheet. Cannot seem to find any to just buy. Has anyone found anyone?
Don't fancy doing it myself, as it would cost a fair bit to tool it up!

Thought of using PC case sides, but I want it flat, and cutting it myself would batter the hell out of it! No sheet cutting faciclities at my place either.

Can't help Phil with a supply of sheet but it's quite cheap to set up an anodiser at home (under £100).Least then you can strip and re-anodise at will when it gets burned away.

Actually, thinking about it Aalco may have black sheet available? give them a call mate, they seem to keep a lot of unusual ally in stock.

best wishes

They don't list ano sheet but have a lot of stuff they dont advertise, good prices as well.
