Cupcake wrappers

Hi all, does anyone know of some decent software to make laser cut cupcake wrappers?
I've been asked by a friend if I could make some, theirs lots of ideas on the ole tintanet, but really don't want to spend hours doing the designs, most are very detailed and wondering if any of you good folk know of anything?
