HPC ls 6450 software .

I've only had a quick look at 6.1
But Laser cut engrave deferentially isn't it
And yes can't use 5.3 files with 6.1
I had a copy of Laser cut engrave on this pc but can't find it, Dam w10

Heard of Newly Engrave but not Laser cut engrave!

If you've used lasercut 5.0 its like that
But it's been that long since i've used 5.0 (7/8 years) i can't rely remember

Thank's guys this is what is putting me off buying the LS6540 not a lot known about the software or the machine .

I only know of Lasercut 6.1 with no dongle but as Tom suggests there is another version lurking about. They are all similar though

Well after thinking and thinking i posted in various other sites with threads going and coming regarding the ls6450. Dalton Sheldrake made my mind up for his explanation on laser cut engrave software . The software is basic laser cut 5.3 with some things missing that nobody uses like offset . So i have ordered one. So ls6450 arrives with upgraded 40watt tube 1st week of January .

Thanks Tom we had a ls3040 pro for over a year and was a really good machine . The only thing that was putting me off the ls 6450 was the software and dsp but after speaking to Dalton on an other page my mind was made .

Most of the laser software you find are mostly the same
The only one i know on that facebook page that has used lase cut engrave is Steve lalor
