Help! File Wont Download

Hi all,

I've had no problems with my laser machine since purchasing it last year. I've gone to download a new file to engrave/cut and I get an error message saying "Creat data fail" and then Lasercut 6.1 shuts down.

I've tried to download other files that I know I have been able to download in the past, but get the same error message. I have a large order of products to make for a weeks time so I'm starting to freak out!

Any help would be much appreciated!

Call HPC - I do not use 6.1 so not seen that message - you could try deleting any old jobs from the machine and try to download a known good file to see if that helps.
