Hi guys,
Just wondering if there was a setting within Lasercut 5.3 that allows you to set a time delay from when the laser initially pierces the material to when the machine starts the movement of the cut? ( Hope that makes sense).
One other thing, and I'm sorry if this is a stupid question… is there an offset within the software to compensate for the laser kerf?
Thanks in advance
Tony

Re: Lasercut 5.3 Settings
There are various setting in the machine options menu but I would email HPC as changing these setting can cause various issues unless you get it right and matched for your machine.
There is an offset option but it is to change the objects (it copies a new line by the offset amount and inner or outer line) if I need to compensate for the kerf I use it
Best
