Windows 10

I am having problems getting the software to run on windows 10 on a second hand PC i recently bought. I followed the instructions posted by someone and it works fine on my laptop which runs windows 10 but not on the PC. The message "Plug in softdog and restart the software" keeps coming up. Any ideas out there?

Problem solved. Right click on the icon, select properties, click on advanced and click on "run as administrator".
