CW4000 coil leaking

Hi Folks,
I bought a more or less brand new CW4000 chiller unit around 4 months ago, I have only filled this with De ion-ised water since having it..now it looks like it has stopped cooling the water and it looks like the coil has developed several leaks ... Has anyone ever replaced the coil before? Is it straight forward?
