Can I do a serrated cut line in ND? perhaps that might work as a fold line?

You can indeed! Its one of the drop down boxes, tells you what shape.
You would also change the scan gap to 0.2. That would help.
also, what engrave speed are you using?
Stick it up to 300.

No, unfortunately you would have to create each segment - even if you draw a serrated line in a dxf and import it, it changes it to a solid line.

You could increase the engrave speed but you are still waiting on the head moving from one side to the other just to fire a couple of times for the vertical lines - cutting would be quickest if there is a way

I have put speed up to 300 used the serrated scan line at the longest and it is much better thanks.
