I dug this out recently on a job that I did a while back.
The stock card has a weird rubberised texture and originaly was given it to do a cut into but it left a oily residue that stained the edges.
By accident I discovereed that a fast enough cut and low speed would leave a white mark and aan engrave was even better.
I'll post the make and code when I can find it and post it here.
