Final mirror alignment

Post by Intri »

Hi Guys

Trying to get my final mirror right is proving a pain. Im cutting 5mm acrylic and the cut lines are fine across ways but when I do tests with vertical down lines I can see that the acrylic is slightly angled. All the other mirrors are fine with tests and dots.

Ive managed to get the line a little straighter but the beam has gone over to far and i'm now getting double lines as i'm guessing the beam is hitting the nozzle?

Any help would be appreciated

Many thanks

The beam profile means there will be an angle on the edges ;)

I use a bit of tape over the nozzle and test to align the last mirror - test in each corner of the bed.
